VT-15 High Capacity Sonic Flare System

The VT-15 Flare System is Vorti-Tek’s solution for large-scale industrial applications, capable of managing flaring operations up to 15 MMSCFD. This robust system features a substantial 16-inch x 20-foot flare drum on a 5-foot x 5-foot skid base, designed to handle higher volumes with reliability and efficiency. It includes a 6-inch inlet connected to a 6-inch x 6-foot stainless steel Sonic Flare Tip, optimized with PRR smokeless technology to meet stringent environmental standards while delivering high performance. Like its smaller counterparts, the VT-15 comes complete with a pilot, pilot track, winch, and all necessary wiring, ready for immediate implementation in large-scale operations.
